As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Centennial, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, report unusual activity, and provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access at entrances, gates, and shipping and receiving areas by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or delivery paperwork, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, perimeter fencing, and exterior doors to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or policy concerns.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, responding to alerts and suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalating issues per post orders.

Document incidents, hazards, and unusual activity in daily reports and incident reports, coordinating with site management and emergency responders when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
