About theRole:
As a ProjectManagement Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultingservices to an assigned financial services client account to help achieve thecompany's strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will leadretail bank interior refurbishment projects including refreshes, signage, ATMs,and FF&E.
This is ahybrid role that will require travel to an assigned area or geography tocomplete site visits. The preferred candidate will have retail bank programexperience and be based in the Greater Los Angeles, CA area.
This job ispart of the Project Management function. They are responsible for themanagement of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'llDo:
Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'llNeed:
Applicants mustbe currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visasponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 plus years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
Proven experience with large-volume retail bank projects and clients is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience utilizing PMWeb project management software is preferred.
General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Ability to travel throughout assigned area or region to complete site visits.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
