What does a Strategic Sales Manager do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents, focusing on outstanding relationship management and client happiness. You will collaborate with agents on go-to-market approaches aimed at strategic growth - both from a relationship and merchant portfolio standpoint. You will be tasked with proactively implementing various cross-selling tactics to promote merchant (and agent) retention/stickiness. Cross-departmental collaboration will be key, as you work to uncover solutions that best fit your assigned agents' needs.

What you will do:

Successfully managing existing agent relationships to drive maximum growth.

Act as a dedicated point of contact - advocate on behalf of the agent when interacting with various internal teams as needed.

Drive partner growth to targets through go-to-market strategies and intelligent conversation.

Collaborate in the gray area of both a sales and operational environment.

Facilitate questions and issues on behalf of agent partners. issues.

Provide unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationship.

Articulate internal processes to external partners.

Maintain reporting and executing internal audits as needed.

What you will need to have:

High school graduate/GED

5 years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.

Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.

Ability to travel 30%

Salary Range

$71,400.00 - $151,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
