Overview
OneVibe is a Global team set up to bring the full power of Publicis Groupe together to support a top Global Client's media activations worldwide. We put our client at the center, bringing together specialists in strategy, media investment, and data, delivering a highly connected, purpose-led and collaborative approach for our clients.
The Operations Manager is a critical member of a lean and agile Global Client Operations team, servicing 30+ markets and regions, plus our Global Client Team directly. This role will serve as a key connector and coordinator; you will manage deliverables to ensure that local teams are compliant in Global processes and ways of working, as well as provide support to Global Leads, and account management overall. Because we are a lean team, we do a little bit of every aspect of what Operations teams do: Client Ops (team management, oversight, day-to-day running of the business, processes and ways of working, standardization, compliance), Finance Ops (client billing oversight, audit compliance management, hours tracking and reporting), and Commercial Ops (scope and fees, contracts, staff planning).

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in operations, media, or project management within an agency, media, or similarly fast-paced environment (Operations team experience a plus, but not required)
Demonstrated experience supporting or improving operational workflows , including process standardization, documentation, and compliance across teams or markets
Practical proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., AI assistants, workflow automation, reporting or documentation tools) and a clear understanding of how to apply them responsibly in day-to-day operations
Ability to drive AI adoption and best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams, supporting training, and reinforcing approved tools and ways of working
Strong project management sensibility , with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a lean team environment
High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers , including tracking hours, reviewing billing inputs, and supporting financial and commercial operations
Excellent communication skills , including written documentation, presentations, and facilitation with internal teams and clients
Comfort operating in a global, client-facing environment , including coordinating across regions and time zones and enforcing compliance with global processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and tools
Bachelor's degree required

Compensation Range: $66,300- $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
