An established organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support construction-related initiatives within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment while also leading large-scale corporate volunteer and social impact programs. This role requires strong project execution skills, financial oversight experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.

Located in Fort Worth, TX

100% onsite position

Contract Position

Pay: $50-60/hour

Top 3 Must-Haves

Proven construction project management experience

Project management experience within a GMP manufacturing environment

Strong financial acumen (budget control, reporting, forecasting)

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Leadership

Lead planning and execution of large-scale corporate volunteer and social impact programs (spring and fall peak seasons)

Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, logistics, and reporting across multiple sites

Coordinate volunteer registration, engagement tracking, and compliance systems

Develop event toolkits, volunteer communications, FAQs, and internal promotional materials

Oversee procurement and distribution of event materials (supplies, equipment, PPE, signage, branded items)

Provide onsite coordination and troubleshooting during events

Financial & Reporting Oversight

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Track and summarize impact metrics (volunteer hours, participation, outcomes)

Maintain documentation and scalable program repositories

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external nonprofit partners

Partner with Facilities, Security, Risk/EHS, Legal, Communications, and HR to ensure compliance and safety

Support construction-related initiatives within an active GMP site

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of corporate and/or nonprofit event planning experience

Experience managing large volunteer groups

Ability to organize and execute multiple concurrent events or projects

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Event or project credentials (PMP, CAPM, CMP, Cvent, etc.)

Experience with volunteer or event software platforms (CyberGrants, Benevity, Cvent, etc.)

Experience working in regulated manufacturing or healthcare environments
