Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on providing excellent support to clients while ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

Manage email correspondence to resolve issues and provide information.

Handle data entry tasks accurately to maintain organized records.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients as needed.

Process and enter customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain reports.

Provide support in both inbound and outbound call scenarios.

Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center environment.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.

Demonstrated skill in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
