IMMEDIATE ADMIN NEEDED FOR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

WILLIAMSVILLE, NY

?Qualifications:

2 years of office experience in an administrative capacity

Experience working with invoices or billing or AP/AR

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Detail oriented

Responsibilities (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:

Process and record invoices, expense reports, and check requests.

Prepare and issue accounts payable checks and maintain related documentation.

Assist with accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and resolving discrepancies.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes.

Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
