Our client, an industry leader in North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Finance Manager -Cost/Operations to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Finance Manager -Cost/Operations, you will be an integral part of the finance department, supporting operational excellence and financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to innovation and growth.

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager -Cost/Operations

Location: High Point, North Carolina

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

Lead financial analysis and reporting related to cost management and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational costs and improve financial performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with organizational objectives.

Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across all financial activities.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within cost and operations sectors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence and guide teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Educational background in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
