Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Stuart, Florida. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a crucial part in managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices, up to 100 daily, including both purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices.

Perform three-way matching to ensure accuracy between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

Accurately code and enter invoices into the system, following established guidelines.

Handle payment processing through Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers and check runs.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

Utilize Sage 100 software for invoice processing and data management.

Assist with vendor communications to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.

Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable processing, including full-cycle AP.

Ability to handle high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately.

Familiarity with three-way matching and purchase order systems.

Strong knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and check runs.

Proficiency in using accounting software, with Sage 100 experience preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Experience working within a publicly traded company is a plus but not required.
