Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves reviewing and maintaining timesheet information, organizing documents, preparing traveler packets, and supporting inventory or production control activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Review, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of timesheet information.

Copy, sort, and organize documents and operational materials.

Prepare and assemble traveler packets and related production materials.

Support inventory or production control activities as needed.

Ensure data integrity and maintain orderly record-keeping.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Proficient in basic data entry and computer applications.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to stay organized while managing repetitive or high-volume tasks.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Randolph, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
