Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (up to $34/hour)

Job Description

Join our team in the dynamic field of medical device assembly, where you will work with cutting-edge technology including fiberoptic cables and high-resolution screens used in operating rooms. Your role will involve assembling these components while following clear build instructions and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assemble fiberoptic cables and high-resolution screens for medical devices.

Read and follow clear build instructions accurately.

Utilize PCBA experience to assemble and inspect PCB boards before final assembly.

Visually inspect PCB boards to ensure functionality and quality prior to further assembly.

Work collaboratively across various departments and take on different roles as needed.

Apply skills in medical or aerospace assembly, if applicable, to enhance manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

Proficient in assembly and production techniques.

Experience in mechanical assembly, particularly in medical devices.

Skilled in using PCB and performing visual inspections.

Ability to use small hand and micro tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in medical or aerospace assembly is preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to perform basic inventory management of parts and finished products.

Clean room experience is preferred, although not required for this role.

Work Environment

Work in an office building featuring smaller manufacturing spaces designed for bench assembly units. While this role does not require working in a clean room, familiarity with such environments is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
