Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an IT Analyst, you will support, optimize, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Every day you will analyze system performance, diagnose technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and participate in implementations, upgrades, and testing.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT, and excellent communication to maintain efficiency and reliability.

Evaluates existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Works with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these into technical requirements.

Designs and proposes IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Oversees the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Develops and executes test plans to ensure systems meet business needs and requirements.

Provides ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed.

Remote eligible.

Job Requirements

Required

Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role

Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation

Experience with project management and IT service management tools

Pay Range

$34.00 - $50.58 /hour
