Job Description Summary:
The Corporate Manager, Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leads Breakthru Beverage Group's injury prevention and compliance programs across a multi-site region, focusing on warehouse, transportation, and merchandising operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate EHS, this role partners with market leaders to foster a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. As the primary regional EHS advisor, the Manager influences safety outcomes through coaching, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement, without directly managing site EHS teams. The role oversees approximately 5-10 distribution centers and satellite locations, emphasizing injury prevention, driver safety, regulatory readiness, and frontline engagement. Key priorities include reducing incidents, strengthening leadership accountability, and improving overall EHS performance.

Job Responsibilities:
Regional Injury Prevention Programs
Drive EHS awareness and accountability across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with corporate safety goals and standards.
Provide expert guidance to local teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while empowering site leaders to take ownership of safety outcomes.
Conduct regular EHS assessments and observations to proactively identify risks, document incidents, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Coach leaders, safety champions, and committee members on safety leadership, regulatory responsibilities, and best practices to strengthen safety performance.
Corporate Programs and Safety Culture
Develop, implement, and reinforce injury prevention programs, policies, and procedures through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Foster a strong safety culture by encouraging proactive risk reporting, issue resolution, and frontline engagement to drive continuous improvement.
Lead efforts to ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and follow-up for all safety incidents and near misses.
Collaborate with operations leaders to implement corrective and preventive measures, track program effectiveness, and reduce incident recurrence.
Communications and Presentations
Communicate safety goals, standards, and metrics to build a comprehensive safety culture.
Deliver EHS updates, training materials, and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory requirements through robust training programs, documentation, audits, and inspections.
Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to address regulatory inquiries, investigations, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain readiness for regulatory reviews and audits by proactively identifying and addressing compliance gaps.
Leadership and Oversight
Drive strategic EHS initiatives across a multi-site region, focusing on warehouse, transportation, merchandising, and administrative environments.
Analyze safety data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, implementing actionable solutions to enhance overall EHS performance.
Oversee EHS efforts across 5-10 distribution centers and satellite locations, ensuring consistent execution of safety programs and alignment with corporate objectives.
Facilitate regular leadership reviews to analyze incident trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Industrial Hygiene and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Safety and Environmental responsibility in a distribution environment, including managing cross functional teams and operating at a senior level of a multi-facility, geographically diverse organization
Proven success in implementing injury prevention programs in warehousing, distribution/delivery, or sales/merchandising, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards, along with expertise in program development, incident management, and data analytics.
Exceptional incident investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement skills; strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts and hours, to effectively engage with all job functions and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in EHS data systems, analytics, and visualization tools.
Direct experience leading and influencing EHS initiatives at industrial sites.
Strong skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, and influence.
Experience with MSD prevention, driver safety, DOT compliance, and mobile worker safety programs.
Knowledge of behavior-based safety systems and employee engagement strategies.
Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, ASP, or CSP.
Applied knowledge of federal and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA), including inspections, investigations, contractor safety, training, hazard reviews, and job safety analysis.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform essential job functions, including entering and exiting delivery trucks, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $130,000.00
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan
