Job Duties: 90% Research Conduct research related to specific externally funded projects, including setting up experiments, collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting challenges, and assisting graduate and undergraduate students on the project, as needed. Supports daily laboratory functioning and equipment maintenance. May be asked to contribute to papers or presentations related to research. 10% Lab Citizen Attend lab meetings with the entire research group and one-on-one meetings, as needed. Attend relevant training sessions. Maintain the highest safety standards that adhere to University policy. Assist other lab/community members, as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Patience, dedication, flexibility, and enthusiasm. Pay and Benefits Fixed Pay Rate: The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.25 Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
