This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week on-site in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables while communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance team performance.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile and Release Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA
A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling salesforce release management.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Salesforce implementation experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
