We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Contact Center Representative I at our Woodbury office. Prior telephone or contact center experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. This position provides members and prospective members with professional, accurate and friendly service via the phone as well as meets members' needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations while utilizing credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. Once fully trained, this individual may work from home (training may take up to six months to complete). Please note, the work from home option is not guaranteed and needs to be approved by the manager based on performance standards. The hours for this position are as follows as well as other hours as needed: Sunday: OFF Monday: OFF Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30 minute lunch) Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Total Hours: 35 Hours per Week Starting rate of pay is $20.00 - $21.25 per hour. Grade Level 6 - Hourly, Non-Exempt, Part-time position with Benefits. Excellent benefits including health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.
