As a Security Officer - Corporate Welcome Desk in Burbank, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact while supporting security-related operations. You will manage visitor check-ins, monitor access points and cameras, respond to alarms and/or calls for assistance, and document incidents with clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related post orders for a commercial real estate location.

Greet and screen visitors, issue temporary credentials as directed, manage the sign-in and sign-out process, and notify tenant contacts of arrivals and deliveries.

Monitor lobby activity and front desk systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and document unusual activity according to policy.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with building management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Complete detailed reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate status updates during shift change and/or when requested by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
