As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will make high-visibility rounds, perform mobile patrols as a driving post, and document security-related observations while supporting tenants, visitors, and staff with professional service. You will respond to incidents, assist with access and property rules, and communicate clearly with site contacts. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and policy concerns.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and fire-related notifications, and communicate updates to property management and/or emergency services as needed.

Monitor access points and property activity, verify authorized entry where required, and assist with visitor direction, deliveries, and contractor check-in processes according to site-specific instructions.

Complete detailed reports of daily activity, patrol findings, and incident response actions, and participate in shift briefings and handoffs to support consistent security-related coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
