Robert Half is looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the recruitment process while also serving as a trusted partner for day-to-day HR support.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, onboarding)

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Enhance employer branding and candidate experience

Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes

HR Generalist Support

Serve as a resource for employee relations and HR inquiries

Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and policy interpretation

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance

Support performance management and engagement initiatives

Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

3+ years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruiting

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
