The Analyst, Demand Management is responsible for leading end-to-end demand planning and customer order management activities to ensure alignment between customer requirements and operational execution. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while maintaining strict adherence to standard work processes and import/export compliance requirements.
What You Will Do
Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Purchase orders - scheduling and tracking
Manage and be responsible for all aspects of customer demand forecast
Support Program Office and Operations Teams
Support SI&OP team - Demand Reviews
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Adhere to and comply with Stand Work Processes
Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Experience evaluating large amounts of data
Qualifications We Prefer
SAP Experience
Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management
Written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
