As a Security Patrol Officer -Construction Company in Cheyenne, WY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and document observations clearly. You will support tenants, visitors, and property teams with strong customer service and communication while responding to calls for assistance. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and/or property management by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.

Control access at building entrances, loading areas and/or restricted spaces by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor directions, and documenting entries as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, fire alarms, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to the appropriate contacts.

Complete shift logs and incident reports with accurate details, and monitor cameras, alarms and/or other security-related systems when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

This is primarily a driving post.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
