Case Manufacturing Urgently Hiring Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to Start As Soon As Possible!

Shift: 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $25-$27/hour ; Overtime: $40.50

Location: Mahwah, NJ

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves managing shipping and receiving processes, staging orders, conducting cycle counts, and inventory management. You will supervise warehouse staff on a day-to-day basis, utilize your independent problem-solving skills, and operate forklifts to load and unload pallets, as well as train other warehouse team members.

Responsibilities

Utilize SAP/ ERP Warehouse Management Systems for Inventory Control

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations.

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.

Stage orders for distribution.

Conduct cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory management.

Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training.

Solve operational problems independently.

Operate forklifts to load and unload pallets.

Train warehouse staff in forklift operations.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in shipping and receiving.

Strong inventory control and warehouse management skills.

Experience with ERP systems.

Leadership and supervision capabilities.

Proficient in computer skills related to inventory and shipping.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahwah, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
