You will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help reduce incidents. Deliver clear communication and customer service to team members, drivers, and visitors while documenting activity in systems as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry and exit logs at a logistics and distribution location.

Control access at gates, lobbies, and/or dock areas by screening deliveries and pickups, coordinating with warehouse staff, and directing traffic flow for pedestrians and vehicles as required by site policy.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems to help identify unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities, documenting events, and completing required reports.

Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help identify hazards, unsecured doors, and/or unusual conditions, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
