Key Responsibilities

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

· Collaborate with various internal departments to support end-to-end processes.

· Assist with general team tasks and special projects as assigned.

· Work with multiple reporting systems and supply chain team members.

· Contribute ideas and improvements-your input is valued and encouraged.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree (Recent graduates encouraged to apply).

· 0-2 years of professional experience.

· Minimum 3.0 GPA.

· Strong analytical skills: Engineering degree is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· High level of emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.

· Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism.

· Customer-service oriented with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

· Ability to work both independently and maintain composure in fast-paced settings

Shift: Hybrid Role // 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri // Cranbury, NJ

Pay Details: $24.90 per hour
