Department: Supply Chain In Out Patient Operations AMC

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for the department or an assigned area or function.

Responsibilities:

Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.

Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's degree in related field.

Required Licensure/Certification: None required. Preferred: CMRP, UCHealth Lean Training, ICAT.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of supply chain management experience.
