Are you looking for a stable, long-term accounting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company? We're hiring an Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This is a great role for someone who is organized, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to be a key part of keeping a business running smoothly.

What You'll DoAccounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices

Reconcile statements and research discrepancies

Maintain accurate and timely records

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare and send customer invoices

Track payments and follow up as needed

Help resolve billing or payment issues

General Accounting & Office Support

Perform financial data entry and maintain organized documentation

Assist with purchase orders, packing slips, and related paperwork

Help with inventory and ERP updates (training provided)

Support audits and general compliance as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience with AP and AR (any industry)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic proficiency in Excel and general office software

Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
