What you'll do: Assess patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and conditions to create individualized treatment plans. Develop tailored rehabilitation plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical conditions. Teach and guide patients through exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function. Use various methods like manual therapy, modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation), and other techniques to alleviate pain. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and ways to prevent further injury or pain. Regularly track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports for legal, insurance, and healthcare purposes. The Ideal Candidate: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey Strong patient assessment or evaluation skill Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Why Choose Priority Group Services?
