How you'll make an impact in this role

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.

Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.

Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.

Document treatment interventions given.

May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
