As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms, access concerns, and customer needs with calm, clear communication. You will document observations and work closely with site teams, bringing Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.

Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, and control entry for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site procedures.

Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate security-related concerns and observations to Allied Universal management and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.

CPR Certification is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
