Our client, a leader in content licensing, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll support the Content Licensing department alongside the Sales and Account Management teams. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and proactive in their approach.
Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: West Manchester Township, PA
Pay Range: $22/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for remote work (3 days remote, 2 days in-office, subject to change)
What's the Job?
Support account management activities, including agenda creation and sales report generation
Monitor compliance for key publisher accounts and manage sales agreements
Assist with lead research, contact information gathering, and maintaining the Salesforce database
Handle client and vendor billing, process publisher orders, and manage contract documentation
Coordinate internal projects, research initiatives, and prepare for industry events
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
1-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
