About this agency Responsibilities This position is in the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO), Administrative Services Division (ASD), Facilities Services & Capital Planning. This unit is responsible for the physical space management and design, relocation, construction management, building services, inventory control and facility renovation/alteration of the agency. The incumbent serves as an Administrative Support Specialist (Transportation) for Facilities Services & Capital Planning performing a variety of administrative, transportation, and special projects and assignments on behalf of the Agency. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as an Administrative Support Specialist (Transportation) for Facilities Services & Capital Planning. Completes a variety of administrative support services assignments and projects related to procurement purchasing, timekeeping, parking, scheduling coordination, transportation trip log reporting, other @types of administrative reports, and process improvement. Coordinates with the Security Office, Front Office staff and the Office of Communications to receive and deliver confidential and/or classified documents and materials on behalf of EXIM as needed. Safeguards and delivers confidential and/ or classified material/documents for EXIM that is sent to and received from other agencies. Safeguards and delivers confidential and/ or classified materials and documents for the agency, which is forwarded and received from other federal agencies that are required to conduct the official business and mission of the agency. Serves as EXIM's primary Transportation (chauffeur/driver) for the President and Chair, other EXIM high-ranking officials, foreign delegates, other federal officials, and visitors. Coordinates with the Security Office, Front Office staff and the Office of Communications regarding the official travel and transportation for the President and Chair, delegates, and other federal officials. Transports these officials to various @types of events and locations as required by their itineraries (i.e., official meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, social events, etc.). Collaborates with General Services Administration (GSA) to perform vehicle maintenance and daily inspections in accordance with GSA established rules and regulations. Keeps abreast of acquisition requirements as it relates to the use of government owned or leased vehicles. Collaborates with various staff members at the U.S. State Department, U.S. House of Representative, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and other federal and non-federal entities to deliver and obtain various sensitive and classified documents. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-09: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes: - Experience providing day-to-day administrative and operational support by preparing and tracking correspondence and reports, managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and ensuring work is accurate and follows established procedures. - Experience providing administrative support for timekeeping, scheduling, and transportation activities by processing time and attendance records, coordinating calendars and meetings, maintaining required logs and reports, and resolving routine issues in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Experience providing procurement support by preparing and processing purchase requests, confirming vendor eligibility, maintaining purchasing records, and working with contracting staff to ensure actions follow federal regulations and established procedures. - Experience coordinating the receipt and distribution of sensitive or classified documents by working with security and office staff to ensure proper authorization, accurate tracking, and compliance with established security procedures.
