CORONADOS POOL PLASTER INC is seeking to fill twelve (12) temporary, full-time seasonal Construction Laborer positions for April 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Construction Laborers assist workers in removing and repairing decks around swimming pools and installing new decks per customer specifications using hammers, crowbars, shovels; remove debris and clean area; and prepare for new deck installation. No education or experience required. Work will be performed in multiple worksites in the following counties: Bucks, Berks, Lehigh, Delaware, Chester, Northampton, Montgomery, Philadelphia. Employees will be transported daily from the worksite location to client properties in and then returned to the worksite location at the end of each work day. Transportation is provided free of charge. Terms and conditions of employment: $28.19 40 hours/week, Overtime available at $42.29 per hour. Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-3:00PM. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid at least bi-weekly and in some cases weekly. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer will make all required federal, state, and local tax deductions. Employer will furnish lodging at no cost to the employee, including housing and utilities. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
