What you'll do...
Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support sourcing decisions and total cost of ownership evaluations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex procurement challenges and influence business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract management practices.
Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
