What you'll do...

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals to optimize category management and supplier performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and contract management activities.

Analyze financial and business data to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks within supply chains.

Lead negotiations and contract reviews ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor supplier performance using key metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance service levels.

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify innovative procurement solutions and drive continuous process improvements.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and category strategy development.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and support business plans.

Effective negotiation skills to facilitate contract discussions and risk mitigation.

Experience in supplier performance monitoring and implementation of improvement strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
