Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for both external and internal customers. This role involves utilizing a telephone attendant console, fax, digital scanner, and mail, all while maintaining a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service using telephone, fax, digital scanner, and mail systems.

Maintain professional presentation at all times.

Support administrative tasks and vendor management.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for effective communication and logistics management.

Handle public interactions over the phone and in person, addressing problems and interruptions with professionalism and humor.

Essential Skills

Administrative support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong customer service skills.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in logistics management and account management.

Work Environment

The work environment includes utilizing various technologies such as telephone systems, fax machines, digital scanners, and Microsoft Office. The role requires handling public interactions both over the phone and in person, with an emphasis on maintaining a professional presentation. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
