They will lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.The ideal candidate for this role will be in the Central time zone and have experience managing FIN projects but also have experience in HCM or Payroll.o Become a guide in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate it on all engagements.o Lead the implementation of 3 - 5 simultaneous projects.o Show strength in the Workday product suite - Financials, HCM, and/or Payroll.o At times, participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach, and develop a proposal/SOW.o Provide guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service resources working on their implementations.o Ensure projects are accurately planned, staffed and tight management of scope and budget/resource forecasting.o Work with the internal customer project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.o Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.o Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.o Be a liaison for professional services when interacting with sales and/or development.o Find opportunities to position other service offerings.o Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.o Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support.o Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW.o Present clients with change orders in the event they're asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.About YouBasic Qualifications for a P3 Engagement Managero 2+ years' experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.o 2+years of ex
