Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. In this fast-paced role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within a non-profit environment. This is a contract position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and provide attentive and courteous customer service.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in spreadsheets and databases.

Handle email correspondence with promptness and attention to detail.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.

Create documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ensure adherence to both oral and written instructions for task completion.

Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Collaborate effectively with team members to support departmental goals. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Skilled in scheduling and organizing appointments.
