Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resortis seeking aHuman Resources Coordinatorto join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort provides north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

This role will be the welcoming face of our Associate Services (Human Resources) department. Working closely with the Human Resources team, we expect that our chosen individual will be instrumental in creating a warm and welcoming culture that promotes associate engagement and maximizes the success of the hotel staff.

This role is perfect for an early-career candidate that has an interest in both hospitality and human resources.

Spanish Bilingual Required

Responsibilities

Provide a warm greeting to everyone who visits or contacts the Associate Services Center (Human Resources Office).

Provide clerical support to the Human Resources team and other members of hotel leadership as needed.

Assist associates with common requests, such as , employment verifications, applying for internal job postings, and signing up for benefits.

Assist with processing of all new hire paperwork, ensuring that new hires have a great experience.

Attend job fairs with other hotel leadership to promote job opportunities and build community relations.

Build relationships with community partners to plan and develop community service events.

Maintain an organized office environment, which will allow for successful internal audit completion.

Assist with scheduling of interviews and providing candidate updates to hotel leadership.

Complete other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Associate Services.

Learn, have fun, and create a winning culture while learning to be a hospitality HR professional.

Prefer knowledge in Dayforce

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a hotel or HR office setting. (Internship experience counts!)

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or human resources preferred.

Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office.

Very detailed and organized.

Ability to meet deadlines.

A warm and friendly demeanor, with compassion toward others.
