WSP is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in any U.S. city where WSP has an office (including-but not limited to-Chicago, Irvine, Austin, Redmond, Seattle, Tampa, Atlanta, Buffalo, New York City, Minneapolis, and many more) to join our award-winning Strategic Growth Team (SGT)-a best in class, multi disciplinary marketing, sales, and business development organization supporting our Earth & Environment (E&E) business across the United States.

Your Impact
Leads standard and complex proposals/qualifications including scheduling and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews to develop a winning, compliant proposal
Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including writing original content and reviews/edits content for clarity, compliance, and key messages
Collaborates with graphic team to plan and produce proposal and sales materials ensuring all materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit or initiative
Develops and maintains proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions and sales and business development databases
Partners with client teams to develop a client plan, prepare materials for internal and external meetings, and participates in client team meetings
May support communications team on regional activities, such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, conferences and other special communications-related projects
Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Leads the presentation phase of pursuits including coaching interview teams, coordinating graphics, and refining key messaging
Partners with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and WSP
Organizes and facilitates sales and business development strategy meetings
Embraces technology and looks for ways to increase effectiveness of sales and business development activities and client engagement
May provide oversight of work of other team members

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable of experience
5 + years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in editing, proofing and advanced sales and business development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other software programs
Excellent organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures is required
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Must have demonstrated experience managing standard and complex proposals from onset to conclusion with general guidance
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate large, diverse teams
Must possess a strategic mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in A/E/C industry
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Interest in automation and other emerging technologies
Involvement in industry organizations

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $74,200.00 - $129,800.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $74,200.00 - $121,770.00
