As the Analytics & Data Operations Manager, you will:
Technical Leadership & Operations
Manage the technical operations team across the full analytics and data stack.
Oversee and maintain the legacy Eclipse Azure tenant, including users, licensing, VPN, and related infrastructure.
Own and operate the legacy Eclipse technical stack: SFTP, Azure DB, Azure ETL, data integrity workflows, and Power BI environments.
Step in to perform any technical function as needed and train others across all components of the stack.
ETL, Data Quality & Database Architecture
Lead Azure ETL development, enhancements, and standardization across clients.
Develop and maintain standardized "ClientTemplate" Azure Data Factory pipelines using ARM templates for consistency and efficiency.
Own SQL database architecture, becoming the expert in complex table structures, stored procedures, and business logic.
Modify and optimize stored procedures to address client-specific nuances, edge cases, and data quality improvements.
Ensure exceptional data quality by identifying and resolving issues early in the data pipeline to reduce downstream data quality churn.
Manage offboarding and secure removal of client PHI in compliance with retention and privacy requirements.
Power BI Development & Deployment
Serve as (or grow into) a Power BI development expert with deep technical platform understanding.
Manage workspace configuration, licensing considerations, semantic models, deployment pipelines, and client refresh performance.
Translate SME logic into accurate Power BI measures and dashboards with strong QA rigor.
Rapidly validate dashboards against raw SQL data and collaborate with Data Pod teams to resolve issues.
Support the PriceInsights dashboard, including ingestion and flattening of client-provided JSON files into SQL.
Team Management & Collaboration
Manage technical Analysts or Associates within the MRC division.
Train and guide the team on ETL processes, database administration, data quality, and Power BI deployment.
Assist consultants and internal teams with data questions, file issues, and process clarity.
Balance and prioritize data requests across multiple clients and project phases to ensure timely delivery.
Bridge the gap between complex data and business users, improving data literacy and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
4-year degree in Computer Science or applicable programming experience
10 years' experience in data and development related technologies with hands on experience
Expert SQL, PowerBI, and Azure skills

The estimated base salary range for this job is $140,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $161,000 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
