Job Title: Accessory Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to install specified vehicle accessories according to standard operating procedures, maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

Install specified vehicle accessories while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Perform activities such as papering, adding throw-ins, scanning, peeling, adding emission labels, wheel locks, mud/splash guards, bumper applique, cross bars, software upgrades/flashes, battery charge, jumpstarts, and pre-delivery inspections.

Conduct daily company equipment checks and scan vehicles.

Take precautionary measures to avoid damage to vehicles and accessories, reporting any damage immediately.

Troubleshoot installation discrepancies and perform necessary repairs.

Utilize a mobile scanner to ensure proper installation of items.

Use hand and power tools to remove and replace standard accessories with upgraded ones as per procedures.

Move vehicles as needed and work safely around moving vehicles.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Ability to perform quality inspection and packing tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to operate vehicles with automatic transmissions.

Experience with manual transmissions is recommended but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment involves standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The position is based in Tacoma, WA, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 4pm - 12:30am PST. Employees receive a competitive wage with a base rate plus a shift differential for night shiftA

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.25 - $29.25/hr.
