JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical, PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Support and maintain automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, robotics, HMIs, and safety circuits. Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose PLC-controlled processes locally and remotely via secure VPN connections. Edit, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC ladder logic and automation handshaking between equipment. Support robotic operations and integration, including Panasonic and Motoman robotic systems interfaced with PLCs. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, multimeters, amp probes, and insulation testers (Megger). Evaluate equipment performance and implement continuous improvement modifications to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for recurring equipment issues. Support production line repairs and breakdowns involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems. Identify, source, and implement suitable replacement parts for obsolete or unsupported equipment. Support new equipment installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and validation. Maintain detailed documentation, work logs, PM schedules, and equipment updates within the CMMS. Serve as a technical mentor and subject-matter expert for Maintenance Technician I and II employees. Perform all work in compliance with company safety policies, including Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space, and Fall Protection requirements.
