Kratos has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. The Admin Assistant will be the assistant to the Admin Services Manager. Primary job functions include:

Managing the front reception desk, answering phones, running clearance checks, admitting guests and badging them into the facility.

Administrative Services job duties include booking travel, managing expense reports, office supply ordering, mail distribution, booking conference rooms and conference room management, and general customer service for our employees.

Providing administrative support for various departments as needed

Providing facility support, such as help hosting in-house events.

Department admin support for Program Management, Accounting, Contracts, Procurement, Engineering, HR, etc...duties include printing and binding program drawings, minutes taking for meetings, contract, accounting and HR admin support.

Required Experience:

Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point

Experience managing expense reports

Event Coordination

Excellent customer service skills

Must be a US Citizen to work at this facility

Preferred Skills/Experience

Cost Point or Sharepoint software program experience.

Previous experience working in a defense contractor environment. Administrative Admin work in support of defense contracts, defense programs and program management a plus.
