Our client, a leading organization in data center operations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineering Operations Manager to join their team. As a Senior Engineering Operations Manager , you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Engineering Operations Manager

Location: Ashburn, VA

Pay Range: $65/hr.

What's the Job?

Manage and lead a team responsible for complex mechanical operations across multiple facilities.

Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and assign tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Oversee vendor management, maintenance schedules, and payroll processes.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast costs, and evaluate operational performance.

Collaborate with clients to support reconfiguration, operational changes, and system improvements.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

5-8 years of relevant experience in data center operations or related fields.

Proven leadership skills in managing teams and coordinating complex projects.

Basic knowledge of UPS systems, critical cooling, and facility controls.

Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
