Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an onsite opportunity in Fifa, WA. In this role, you will help deliver outstanding service by supporting customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure service commitments are met across large-scale delivery operations. Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

Monitor progress of delivery routes.

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Qualifications:

What You'll Need to Excel

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and deliver effective solutions

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

Experience monitoring delivery routes or logistics operations at scale.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Work Schedule & Details

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Shift availability between 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Location: Onsite - Fifa, WA

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
