Description We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This contract position involves supporting various administrative tasks such as organizing company materials, coordinating shipments, and assisting with marketing-related projects. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can take initiative and work collaboratively to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipment of marketing materials within the organization.

Manage inventory and distribution of company-branded items and brochures.

Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Provide support for tradeshow logistics, including planning and setup assistance.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support ongoing team operations.

Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and document management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.

Assist with receptionist tasks, including greeting visitors and managing schedules.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their successful completion. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload.

Experience with vendor management and coordination.

Familiarity with basic office software and tools.

Dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
