Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our production operations. The role involves full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a dynamic environment. Training on necessary software will be provided.

Responsibilities

Track labor by entering all shop hours for the paint department, plasma, laser, and shop overhead.

Generate and close work orders for stock and whole-good orders, including plasma and laser work orders.

Communicate with vendors to manage purchasing processes, including generating costing spreadsheets, issuing, following up, receiving, and closing purchase orders.

Provide production assistance and undergo training on required software.

Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering and routing incoming phone calls, assisting with clarifications, adjustments, and revisions, record keeping, filing, and shredding.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative support.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and multitasking abilities.

Basic command of computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Conscientious, accurate, and detail-oriented.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and a neat appearance. The role demands punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area. A professional attitude in communication with all personnel, vendors, and customers is expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Selma, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
