We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead product domains supporting end-to-end planning, manufacturing enablement, and supply chain visibility. This role will shape how product thinking is embedded into the core of our supply chain operations.
About the Role
The Senior Director of Product Management - Supply Chain Digital Enablement , owns the portfolio of product domains supporting planning and manufacturing enablement, setting clear strategy, sequencing, and resource alignment across domains.
This leader sets direction across domains, balancing long-term product strategy with near-term execution that delivers measurable operational results. Success in this role requires strong judgment, the ability to operate across functional boundaries, and a practical understanding of how supply chain workflows function in real-world environments.
You will partner closely with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Technology to align roadmaps, sequencing, and resource allocation.
You will build and coach senior product leaders operating within our Product Operating Model, reinforcing strong product craft, disciplined prioritization, and clear accountability.
You will also contribute to organizational design, hiring sequencing, and capability development across the Digital Enablement organization.
What You Will Lead
End-to-End Planning - Own the evolution of digital capabilities supporting demand planning, supply planning, and network optimization. Improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and speed of decision-making.
Manufacturing & Operations Enablement- Lead digital systems supporting plant operations and co-manufacturing networks, including production execution and operational performance monitoring. Focus on reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Supply Chain Visibility & Performance - Advance tools that improve transparency across suppliers, logistics, and delivery networks. Strengthen performance management and enable more proactive operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Define and communicate a clear multi-year product direction for supply chain digital enablement.
Shape portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions, translate business priorities into structured product roadmaps with clear sequencing and tradeoffs.
Establish strong domain ownership and governance aligned to our Product Operating Model.
Partner with engineering and data leaders to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
Lead capacity planning and resource prioritization across product domains.
Develop and mentor senior product leaders, reinforcing strong product fundamentals and execution discipline.
Contribute to the continued maturation of the Product Operating Model across Supply Chain, refining governance, accountability, and domain boundaries as the organization scales.
Product Delivery and Impact
Own product roadmaps across planning, manufacturing, and supply chain enablement domains.
Ensure product teams stay closely connected to operational workflows and end-user needs.
Deliver measurable improvements in service, reliability, cost performance, and decision quality across multiple supply chain value streams.
Standardize discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices across domains.
Work closely with shared Data Science, UX, and Engineering partners to deliver cohesive solutions.
Simplify and rationalize fragmented tools and processes where possible.
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience in complex operational environments (CPG, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain preferred).
Experience leading multi-domain product portfolios within a matrix enterprise.
Demonstrated experience contributing to or maturing a Product Operating Model.
Strong understanding of operational performance metrics (service levels, OTIF, cost optimization, network performance).
Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
Ability to operate effectively in environments balancing transformation with business continuity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience working within ERP-enabled environments (SAP or similar).
Experience in distributed manufacturing or third-party production networks.
Familiarity with data platforms and analytics-driven operational decision-making.
Experience leading digital transformation within a large enterprise.

Pay Range:$217,400 - $245,300Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
