Key Responsibilities

Intake & Registration: Conduct initial intake interviews, complete, and review new patient paperwork for accuracy.

Information Gathering: Collect and record patient demographics, medical history, and insurance details.

Insurance Verification: Confirm coverage, obtain authorizations, and discuss insurance or billing with patients.

Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately input and update patient data in EMR systems, maintaining confidentiality.

Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and staff to facilitate referrals and schedule appointments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
