This position will develop and maintain client relationships utilizing the full spectrum of banking services with emphasis on First Interstate Bank's Service Commitments and in accordance with our vision and values. This is a producing position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products, including customized lending, cash management, investment management, etc. by referring clients to the appropriate department or division.
Manages the effective use of client relationship management software including First 15, recording appropriate activities, incidents, referrals and marketing.
Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met.
Participates in and enforces all aspects of branch security in accordance with First Interstate Bank's security policy.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions and applies to designated job responsibilities.
Keeps up to date on regulation changes, follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Learns, demonstrates, and fosters the First Interstate Bank's corporate culture in all actions and words.
Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate; embraces the Bank's vision, mission and values.
Ensures positive community relations in the branch market area; works in a coordinated effort with all branches to in the market to foster One First Interstate in the community.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages a branch, possibly two, in a market.
Manages and fosters growth in the top 25 customer relationships of the branch.
Manages the selections, placement, performance, development, promotion, and termination of branch employees; collaborates with the Retail Hub Manager and/or Bank President.
Coaches and mentors all branch employees in learning the skills required for their level of role, including technical expertise of consumer and small business lending and opening deposit accounts; includes effective use of the dashboard to monitor and measure performance.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Associate's Degree preferred
4-6 years experience in the banking industry to include supervisor or management experience required
Consumer and Small Business lending origination experience preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Driver's License required
Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act required
Notary Certification preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is
$67,870 to $105,270
per year in CO and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short- term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
